Ingredients: 15 grams of Houttuynia cordata, 500cc of water

Method: Boil the medicinal materials with water, cover the pot and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes, turn off the heat, filter, let cool and drink.

Ingredients: 37g Houttuynia cordata, 75g licorice, 6g mint, 500cc water

Method: Add licorice to water and boil, then turn to low heat and boil for 5 minutes, then add Houttuynia cordata and mint and bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and let cool. After filtering, rinse your mouth once an hour.

Reminder: When you have enterovirus, you have throat inflammation and mouth ulcer symptoms, but you should avoid drinking it if you have diarrhea symptoms.
